Updating this issue. I went to the apple store to see what this guys can do. They told me the following:
The Ac Charger does not have enough power to charge the battery and give enery to the powerbook. In conclusion, the AC Charger is damaged. I check my warranty and they gave me a new AC Charger. If you still apply for the warranty, I suggest to run to a apple store and get your AC Charger changed. thanks for your time Orlando.
