ok, i posted about a problem i was having with alsa sound driver for delta 66 and thought that upgrading my alsa drivers would help. However after trying to compile and install alsa from source. Now i have nothing. i tried building the modules and tried reinstalling the original alsa package. I'm afraid i've messed up something.
