Dear Dan, Voltaire failed to build the latest dpkg for a strange system clock reason. Can you requeue it? Pbuilder can not be updated easily in its absence because dpkg-dev made it into Sid (it is arch:all) and Depends: dpkg (>= 1.14.0)
