You can find two patches at http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11796 (1) http://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=11431 (2) http://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=11802 I have rebuilt (source packages from unstable) xserver-xorg-core + patch (1) and xserver-xorg-video-ati + patch (2) on my ibook G4.
