I have a Logitech QuickCam Vision Pro for Mac. The QuickCam is supposed to be in practice cross-platform according to ASE Labs <http://www.aselabs.com/articles.php?id=268>, as the webcam has no drivers.
I have tried checking to see if the device is recognized by the system, so I ran: lsusb The result was: Bus 005 Device 004: ID 046d:09a6 Logitech, Inc.
