I've only used the x86 version of QEMU but it's supposed to emulate ARM as well as PPC. But it looks like PearPC is still around as well as PSIM. I forgot all about PSIM -- its docs say they try to emulate OpenFIrmware. q.v. http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/library/pa-emulation.html
