Apparently something in the toolchain changed that's causing u-boot to fail to
build on powerpc. I can also reproduce it by attempting to rebuild
2014.04+dfsg1-1, which was uploaded just under a month ago.
Secondly, is the ZUMA target that u-boot is building on powerpc useful? What
hardware does it support? It appears to have been marked as orphaned in u-boot
2014.07...
$ grep ZUMA boards.cfg
Orphan powerpc 74xx_7xx - - evb64260
ZUMA -

Should it just be dropped from u-boot builds in Debian, or is there a case to
be made for keeping it?
