Eric, All G4 Powermacs are 32-bit only. To install Stretch you will need to find a 32-bit Sid ISO image (if there is one... I can’t recall) or install Jessie and upgrade to Sid. No Stretch specific ISOs except for those created during Stretch’s development/testing phase before ppc(32/64) was voted out as a release architecture.
Adrian may be able to provide further guidance on ppc specific images though.
