rocblas runs into an internal compiler error on ppc64el. Therefore ppc64el support has been dropped from the source package. We cannot remove its binaries due to reverse dependencies yet one of them is magma-rocm. Please remove all ppc64el packages built by src:magma-rocm from unstable.
