Hi All,

It's too hot outside to go out, so I took advantage of these two hot days to create a small Debian Sid PPC64 base disk image for our AmigaOnes. First, I installed Debian PPC64 in a virtual PowerMac G5 QEMU VM, and then I created a disk image for our AmigaOnes. Afterwards I uploaded this new disk image to github and xenosoft. After that, I installed some additional software from the MintPPC64 repositories.

Download and further information: https://github.com/chzigotzky/Debian-PowerPC/releases/tag/Debian_v13.0.0

Some results:

- debian-13.0.0-ppc64-NETINST-1.iso [1] boots with qemu-system-ppc64 9.2.3 (Host: macOS 26.5.1 Intel)
- Grub installation works
- Boot of the installed system via Grub works in the virtual PowerMac G5 QEMU VM
- Network works
- It also boots via CFE on the AmigaOne X1000

Many thanks to Adrian for the new ISOs.

Cheers,
Christian
