I just checked the source of hplip and imho there is just a simple typo: file: ./hplip-3.12.6/prnt/ps/hp-laserjet_cp1520_series-ps.ppd.gz
*Product: "(HP LaserJet CP1525N)" Should be n, not N. The real name is CP1525n, and that's probably why the installer can't recognice the printer.
