Indeed. We moved cups into the Printing Team just recently. In fact, I don't really know. printer-driver-* packages usually provide "cups filters" in /usr/lib/cups/filter , where cups-bjnp really provides a cups-backend, in /usr/lib/cups/backend, where we don't have a naming policy yet.
