beh is part of foomatic-filters before the old old stable release
4.0.5-6.
Therefor cups-filters must correkt this bug.

The currently maintained, valid version of beh is in cups-filters. As I
have stopped maintaining foomatic-filters upstream after making
foomatic-rip part of cups-filters, I have later on, after some user
complaints, re-introduce beh, this time as a C program, in cups-filters
(from 1.6.0) on. foomatic-filters should be removed from Debian.
As there are still users who have foomatic-filters installed the Debian
package of cups-filters would need some Breaks:/Replaces:, but I wonder
that this is not already there due to foomatic-rip.
