Sadly, the Epson L1800 printer uses a non-free driver:
epson-inkjet-printer-201312w, which can be downloaded from
https://download.ebz.epson.net/dsc/search/01/search/?OSC=LX&productName=L1800
Even the source package ships a compiled libEpson_201312w.so.1.0.0.
Hereby closing, as none of this can be included in Debian; sorry.
