I just checked, no, it hasn't. I have no clue why this went through.
Out of 12 mails sent to debian-announce during the past 48 hours, only
this one went through, and it did not contain the authorization string.
The mail next to this one didn't go through as well. I don't know
why smartlist throught this was permitted.
