It depends on what kind of suggestion. If you are looking for general commentary to the developer body at large, try <[email protected]>. But if it is about a specific package, try <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. If you want a new package, file an RFP (request for package) bug on the wnpp pseudo-package.
