Another update from "Lel Bruce Peto" on drilling stats... utilisation in the North Sea rose for the fourth consecutive month in August to 79.4% from 77.9% in July. Utilisation is now 5.9% up on a year earlier and set to move higher with another five rigs expected to start new contracts in September. The current improvement reflects the return to work of a number of jack-ups after short idle periods. However, the real driver remains strengthening demand in the semi-submersible sector
