In the year 2000, I wrote "Debian Lessons"[1], a short text on the project management and other lessons I thought the Debian project had learned through experience.
I've now started an update[2]. Feedback welcome, on-list or in private. Don't mind the broken link to [1] in the text, it will work once I move the text to its correct location.
