Right. From the list of virtual packages, "project" seemed appropiate for this bug, since it's not something the web team can fix, and from my (limited) understanding it's not something that's got directly to do with debian-admin. IOW there's no db.debian.org virtual package, and out of the existing packages none seem to be related to software running db.d.o.
