Bug#347229: DevRef: experimental link now broken, and s/distribution/suite/? (Was: Re: Information abount packages.d.o and experimental)

4.6.4.3 uses the following apt lines for packages from 'experimental':

     deb http://ftp.xy.debian.org/debian/ ../project/experimental main
     deb-src http://ftp.xy.debian.org/debian/ ../project/experimental main

But Joey Hess here claims that it is broken:

Also, should s/distribution/suite/?  I forget where this word 'suite'
is used, somewhere on the website I believe, but can't find it now..
