http://ftp.heanet.ie/pub/minivdr/MVDR-Software/MVDR-1.3/MiniVDR-1.3.iso is where they're distributing Debian without complying with any of GPL 3. Looks to be a pretty open and closed case;[1] forwarding to [EMAIL PROTECTED] so that they can examine the issue.
