Note that the "humor" in the URL above was introduced by someone who mirrored the original page http://www.plausiblydeniable.com/opinion/gsf.html, which is - unfortunately - not online anymore. But it can still be accessed from www.archive.org at http://web.archive.org/web/20050308043359/http://www.plausiblydeniable.com/opinion/gsf.html However, I don't see how Russ used it to _justify_ what happens in Debian more or less regularly.
