Hi thank you for your interest, in contributing to Debian! In order to include your program in the Debian GNU/Linux distribution it needs to be turned into a Debian package[0], that is then added to the Debian archive[1]. If the program should be in the main archive it additionally needs to have a free license[2]. What license does your program have?
You can then either build the Debian package yourself[3] and have it sponsored by a Debian Developer, or, if you don't know how to do so, file an RFP (Request for Package) bug at the Debian Bug Tracking System[4] against the wnpp (Work-Needing and Prospective Packages) pseudo package including your request. Hope that helps, Meike [0] http://www.debian.org/doc/FAQ/ch-pkg_basics.en.html [1] http://packages.debian.org/ [2] http://www.debian.org/intro/free [3] http://www.debian.org/doc/maint-guide/ [4] http://www.debian.org/Bugs/ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
