Even letters by classic air mail are happily ignored. In this context it is not surprising to me, that during the last pre-electoral debate of DPL candidates the most discussed topic was the fear of the massive success of Cannonical. It seems more than logical that average users better not get in contact with several Debian Developers. They seem to bite.
