Given that that the task is administrative and consists of a quick "trust check", I'd prefer if it could be handled by Debian Developers since that is the trustable set of people (according to our current structure). Somehow I believe it should fall under the responsibiliy of the NM team since it's a first step where we grant access to resources before even becoming DM. Cheers, -- Raphaël Hertzog Like what I do?
