The correct term for *that* is “shared source”, though. “Open Source” means that it’s got an OSD-conformant licence plus that you actually get the source code under that licence. “OSI certified Open Source Software™” means the same plus that the licence is not just OSD-conformant but that that fact has been decided on by the relevant OSI board, and is a trademark, which just “Open Source” isn’t, as it’s too generic for becoming a trademark.
