That's unfortunate.  I don't have an easy answer to that apart from
perhaps to use a server host (perhaps a VM) somewhere as a relay.

If you're reading Debian lists (and lists of upstreams, etc.) then
that would surely fall within the DMUP - is there a suitable
DSA-managed machine ?
