While technically they have the ability to do that, they are not allowed to. Reading from https://wiki.debian.org/PlanetDebian#How_do_I_add_myself_to_Planet.3F : "Any contributor may add, amend or remove *their own* blog entry from Planet Debian." (emphasis in the original text) I.e., they may not remove other people's blog. Only Planet admins can do that. Gerardo
