Javascript on packages.debian.org is harmless and no cookie is used on it. I disabled cookies here (firefox 140.5.0esr-1~deb13u1) and no error page was triggered. What version do you use? And which extension do you use? Fastly seems related to https://blog.mozilla.org/en/firefox/partnership-ohttp-prio/
