Hello,
I am packaging ecasound ( a sound processor application)
which has python bindings. I decided to call it python-ecasound.
I found out that without thinking much it tries to install files to :

./usr/lib/python1.5/lib-dynload/libpyecasound.so

./usr/lib/python1.5/lib-dynload/pyeca.py
when compiled under unstable, and

./usr/lib/python1.5/site-packages/

./usr/lib/python1.5/site-packages/libpyecasound.so

when compiled under testing.
What I want to know is, what is the right place to put them in, and
is "libpyecasound.so" a "plugin" in lintian terms?
