In whisper-dump, lines 27 and 36, we have:
raise CorruptWhisperFile("...")
But no such exception is defined or imported. Perhaps it was meant to
be whisper.CorruptWhisperFile? But whisper.CorruptWhisperFile
constructor takes two arguments, not one.
