Quite a few packages carry Conflicts or Replaces with
python2.4-MODULE or
python2.3-MODULE or sometimes even
pythonX.Y-MODULE for X.Y < 2.3.
Not only such packages are long gone, but it's very unlikely that the
file conflict that was the reason to add these Conflict/Replaces
actually still occur. Please consider dropping these obsolete relations
from your packages.
Would anyone mind if I made a mass-commit to drop them from the packages
(co-)maintained by DPMT?
