Am thinking of closing the following bug reports; the fact somebody has made an upload in in 2015 would seem to imply these packages are Django 1.7 compatible. Actually, not sure if djagios counts here or not, it was orphaned and the last uploads are NMUs or QA team uploads. In many cases there is no Python3 package.
