Removal of pyqwt5

I would like to close bug: #787300 <787...@bugs.debian.org>

and ask for removal of pyqwt5 plus some more Qt4 only packages. But I
cannot find

info on how to ask for removal of package from the Debian distribution.

Can anyone help me
