django-celery is broken, deprecated upstream, and has been replaced by other packages that are already in Debian, such as django-celery-results and django-celery-beat. This was discussed on debian-python, see: https://lists.debian.org/debian-python/2018/04/msg00120.html Please remove this package and all binaries from testing and unstable. I don't believe anything depends on django-celery. Thanks
