Hi!
While rebuilding the python related packages against the Python 3.15rc1
version we found that twine fails to build from source [1].
This is caused by a change in the wording in the exceptions produces
docutils 0.23, this is already solved upstream with the commit bfa7f7f
[2] changelog: backfill entries from PRs (#1330).
I applied the upstream fix in the sandbox [3] to be able to build the
packages that depend on twine, please consider applying the patch to
support the upcoming 3.15 version.
