Here is a transcript: # distributed-net-pproxy -? bash: /usr/bin/distributed-net-pproxy: cannot execute binary file I am using Debian GNU/Linux 3.0, kernel 2.2.20 and libc6 2.2.5 on a SPARCstation 5 with 160 megabytes of RAM. Installation was "apt-get install distributed-net-pproxy" and the install questions all went fine. The daemon died with no message, had to call the command from the prompt to find problem.
