Here's the patch for the bug mentioned. NMU in progress. libmicrowindows0-fb-dbg should depend on libmicrowindows0-fb, not libmicrowindows0.
libmicrowindows0-x11-dbg should depend on libmicrowindows0-x11, not libmicrowindows0. Thomas
