Subject: xpvm: broken clean target in debian/rules
Date: Thu, 08 Nov 2001 16:17:13 -0500
Sender: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Message-Id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Delivered-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Package: xpvm
Version: 1.2.5-7
Severity: important
The xpvm package does not clean it's self properly. I ran
`dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -us -uc' once and the package built
fine. I run `dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -us -uc' a second time
and it dies with this:
| dpkg-source: building xpvm using existing xpvm_1.2.5.orig.tar.gz
| dpkg-source: building xpvm in xpvm_1.2.5-7.diff.gz
| dpkg-source: cannot represent change to src/LINUX/xpvm: binary file contents
changed
| dpkg-source: cannot represent change to tracer/LINUX/libpvmtrc.a: binary file
contents changed
| dpkg-source: building xpvm in xpvm_1.2.5-7.dsc
| dpkg-source: unrepresentable changes to source
| zsh: exit 1 dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -us -uc
Please fix this. Thank you.
