The patch might work. The solution is also to install webmin-dhcpd module from webmin interface (Standard module from www.webmin.com) When configured (paths for dhcp3 packages are different) it works just fine. So the problem really is only that it can't be installed together with dhcp3-server using dselect. Is it really necessary to require dhcpd or dhcp-server.
