Subject: login.app: X server options not easily customizable
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
X-Mailer: bug 3.2.10
Message-Id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Date: Fri, 20 Apr 2001 21:45:11 -0700 (PDT)
Delivered-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Package: login.app
Version: 1.2.1-10potato.1
Severity: wishlist
Currently, Login.app is hardcoded to execute /usr/X11R6/bin/X w/o any
options, making it difficult to specify the DPI, bpp, -nolisten tcp,
-deferglyphs, and so forth.
The simplest way to do this would be to #define DEFAULT_XSERVER in
Config.h to run a script (which users can then edit) which execs the
X server.
