Package: xtel
Version: N/A; reported 2003-02-06
Severity: wishlist

Hello,

It would be nice to split the xtel package, so that you could install
either the xteld server or the xtel graphical client alone. The idea is
that xteld shouldn't need to depend on X libraries because you may not
want to install them on your connection computer -- on the other hand, the
xtel client probably doesn't need to depend on ppp either.

    Sincerely,

                Laura

The xtel package has been removed from Debian so we are closing
the bugs that were still opened against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/474129 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.

Kind regards,
