You could try this: sed -i 's/card_index = 0/card_index = 1/' ~/.config/volti/config ALSA/pulseaudio may have rearranged your cards when you upgraded. However I think volti should at least detect the correct card and not crash, so I'll leave the bug open. Thanks, James
