Package: pidgin-openpgp
Version: 0.1-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

the OpenPGP plugin to pidgin creates and detaches an extra gpg-agent
on start-up and whenever the plugin is activated. This process in
never terminated (even when pidgin terminates), and is started even
though another gpg-agent is already running in the session. Disabling
and enabling the plugin in the plugin dialog also creates an extra
gpg-agent process. So if I disable and enable the plugin five times in
a row, I end up with a total of 6 gpg-agent processes, and none of
them will be terminated when I close pidgin.

Pidgin itself has a similar (same?) problem that I just reported as
bug 596244.
