Please remove metatheme-gilouche from Debian. Gilouche was openSUSE's default theme until openSUSE 11.2 in 2009. The package has not been updated upstream since then. It provides a gtk2 theme (but not themes for any other toolkits). Since most people prefer to use the same theme across apps and since there are only a few gtk2 apps left, it is likely that no one uses this theme any more. It was orphaned in 2014.
