I've built a 4.3-1.2 package of sam which makes /usr/bin/B executable (actually, I just had to recompile it; strange), and provides a link to undocumented(7) for B(1), and compresses the other manual pages (lintian complains otherwise).
However I haven't uploaded it to master since when I run it it tells me the samterm widget has no height/width or something. But if a sam user can test it and let me know if it works or not I will upload it.
