The Debian changelog of mandelspawn says:

  * Maintainer set to Debian QA Group <debian-qa@lists.debian.org>
  * debian/rules rewritten in debhelper
  * Standards-version changed to 3.0.1
  * /usr/doc files moved to /usr/share/doc
  * Man pages moved to /usr/share/man
  * mandelspawn is now in /etc/services do not add it in postinst.
    Fixes bug #30684
