Hi, libhttpfetcher's last (and only) maintainer upload[0] was in January 2002. It's been orphaned[1] for a year and a half, has no reverse dependencies and very few popcon votes[2]. Upstream has had no activity at all since July 2001[3], when they released a bug-fix release for the initial release.
