on Fedora I got a this bug report https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1345764 and my conclusion is https://packages.debian.org/sid/all/intltool-debian/filelist should be removed from debian and if some package still use it should use n -- Sérgio M. B.
