packages.debian.org/en/sid/(section) lists some packages in wrong section

Hello, by coincidence found a few examples.
on (at least): packages.debian.org/en/sid/(section)
not all packages are listed in the corresponding section they are (most 
probably) listed in other sections
(can confirm listed in oter section "ponyorm" Section: python listed in section 
vcs)
not listed in in section tex:
